Incident management - status issue

Hi,

I am using Solman 7.1 SP10

I have configured Incident management & facing below issue.

I am not getting 'Confirmed' status selection option when incident status is resolved.

Query 1) I have maintaied the Lowest & Highest range correctly in status profile ZMIN00001 for status Resolved. Then also system not showing 'Confirm' status for selection when status of incident is Resolved.

Query 2) In Incident screen at header level we see one button 'Confirm' which is disabled, any config to activate this.And for what purpose this 'confirm' button is used, can we not confirm by selecting 'Confim' status.
