Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure Analysis Tools

While going through help.sap.com, I came across below passage;

The End-to-End Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure (MAI) contains a lot of analysis tools for error handling. They are primarily intended for internal se by SAP, and for SAP Support.

To run the MAI analysis tools, call the transaction MAI_TOOLS. You need the role SAP_SM_TECH_MON_TOOL to call this transaction.

My Questions:

Is this t-code available SP08 onwards? Have any of you tried executing this T code? We are currently in SP07, I am interested to know if  there is any alternative for this t-code in SP07?
