We use CRM Web Client UI for Solution Manager (ChaRM) but it doesn’t seem to take long to time out (i.e. if the user doesn’t do anything).
How do I change the timeout settings for CRM Web Client?
Secondly, after it times out, a popup box appears saying you have been logged out and you can log back in (provides link). However, afterclicking on this link, the theme of CRM Web Client looks completely different. To get the same theme, users have to go back to Solution Manager and input transaction SM_CRM.
Is there a reason why the theme looks different when clicking on this link after you’ve been timed out? I have provided screenshots below:
