values are mismatching in CCLM Dashboard in solman 7.1 sp10

Hi Experts,

I am new to solution manager and I have configured Custom Code Management in solman7.1.The dashboards are giving some values like 1.custom code usage 2.custom code Quantity etc like that. But when I create a new custom code but it is not getting updated in the dashbords as well. The Values in the dashboards remain same as before. Could you please suggest...please find the screenshot below.
