I am working on Solution Manager 7.1 SP8 to trigger alerts from Solman System to my email id.
I have completed
1. System Preparation
2. Basic Configuration
3. Managed systems Configuration
4. Technical Monitoring
Actually the role SAP_NOTIF_ADMIN was missing for SOLMAN_BTC user, but now i have assigned that also.
I am able to see the alerts in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER but I am unable to get alert mails.
I can see the latest alerts getting created in SOLMAN for managed systems(e.g 2 minutes before) in alert inbox.
I have created my own customized template for technical system, instance, database and technical instance.
The alerts are getting generated with threshold what i have set. And i have also set auto-notification --> active for the metrics and alerts.
I am unable to find what could be the problem? Did I miss something? I have not created AUTO-REACTION methods in SOLMAN.
