Send EWA to SAP

Hi folks

we are in process of sending EWA reports to SAP,

have successfully created the EWA service and refreshed the session with satellite system all goes fine and I can see the reports on solution manager but the EWA session data is not sent to SAP sometimes the icon appears that session data has sent to SAP and sometimes not

have  checked the settings in EWA Administration have also attached the snapshot
