Dear Solman-Specialists,
we face the following odd behaviour in our solution manager 7.1 system:
After creating a decision table and rule in BRFPLUS for supportteam determination depending on category-IDs the determinatino of supportteams works fine.
BUT - the strange thing is that the support team does not get put into the corresponding filed INSTANTLY. Only after "updating" the ticket through another action (eg. changing the priority or switching to another catgoriy) the supportteam of the previus "update-action" is filled into the correspondig field.
Anyone having the same issue - and a solution?!
