Mount a SAP Lab at home

Hi everyone,

I work a little time with sap basis and some friends tell me that a good way to learn it´s mount a sap lab at home and make each installation process since the begin.

I work with energy company(Utilities), I would like to know how I can do it??? it´s so much complicated??? where can I find support or help in this case??.
