Hi experts,
I am trying to configure SLA in Service Desk, for some tests, I changed the value of Date Profile from SMIN_HEADER to ZMIN_HEADER in the action profile SMIN_STD. I know it is not recommended, it is why I want to reset this value, but when I try to do it, I get the following error :
Date profile ZMIN_HEADER is used in conditions, change not allowed
I do not know what I can to do to resolve this problem...
