Dear Gurus,
We have registered one of our system with Solman for CCMS configuration Out 5 server 1 server is having a problem.
We are not able to see the Automatic reaction method assigned to the Problematic server.
Also in RZ21 "Agent for Remote SAP system" tab the server is showing as "Remote System" in Responsible server tab.
The Agent did got registered we are getting the error. Error at connection set-up: ERROR_WEBSERVICE_RUNTIME_INIT No logical port 'SAPCCM4X.exists for
System is registered through the option using RZ21 > Technical Infrastructure > Config Central System > Create Remote monitoring Entry > ABAP
At the time of registration we got the below error.

The following step has been already performed.
1 Using the adopt Agent option in RZ21 but this option as well is not
working for us.
2 Deleting all the agent and re registering the system again still the
issue remains the same.
The system which i am registering is ECC6.0 with EHP6 and kernel 721_EXT_REL patch 100
