using the status profile SLFN0001 (Service Desk Status Header) for support messages, I would like to know if it is possible to revoke the confirmation status and set the support message again to 'in processing'?
I tried to use transaction CRMBS02 to modify this status profile by adding a new line at position 70 and assigned value 20 for lowest and 70 for highest status number. I've also changed position 60, highest status number to 70.
But both changes did not work since the message itself is locked against any modifications. Hence the new status was not selectable at all, but visible.
Any hints? Thanks!
