Hi,
We have upgraded the SAP Solution Manager system from solman 7.0 to 7.1 SP10.
In the incident management workcenter i can see my new transcation type and old transaction type, which is correct.
Problem:
In SM_CRM transaction (with standard SOLMANPRO business role), i can see only new transaction type and I cannot see old transaction type.
Please advice.
