While upgrading my EHP6 from ERP6 EHP5, SUM tool is saying to check some missing download basket files, but when i go and check the files these are in grey color with below message
Remark: Some of the software features might be displayed in gray color.
This indicates that they are not applicable because they belong to
another host/SID.
I am trying at host where DVEBMGS directory exists.
but this host doent seem Primary application server because the Enq, Message, ASCS are other cluster which is sapglobalhost, if I run from this sapglobal host the startup.bat fails because SL controller could not started.
any idea how to proceed this.
