I am trying run tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER --> Root cause analysis --> Agent Administration
The url that opens is http://<localhost>:8000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~smd~navigation/StandaloneApp?APP_ID=ADMIN_AGENT
I get the following error:

Note
The termination occurred in system <SID> with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.

What can I do?

If I change the port to 50000 it works. As per a few other threads I made sure all SICF services user /sap/bc/webdynpro and /sap/bc/solman are active. I used the same user SOLMAN_ADMIN to login when launching with 8000 or 50000. It works with 50000 so I am assuming all the ABAP roles it has are sufficient.
What am I missing?
