Hi
I am trying to use the maintenance optimizer on Solution manager 7.1 system.
After selecting the Product System in the first screen and clicking next, the screen comes back to the first screen.
Log shows:
Status was reset by system
Enable/Disable Project Selection SOCM_ACTION_LOG 097
Diagnosis
Inconsistency when setting the document status. The status was reset. Resolve the error described in the error or warning message.
System Response
The operation has been cancelled.
Procedure
Resolve the error described in the detailed error message.
Is there any work around for 7.1 similar to SAP note 1296589?
