Hello experts,
I try to configure our TREX search engine for CRM WebUi (Incidents, Knowledge Articles, ...).
I already created an knowledge base with spro->customer relationship management->enterprise intelligence->software framework and I did all steps.
However, when I try a search in the CRM WebUi, I get the error
"DetailsTREX error Index does not exist;index=saf:fst_008_kaen in knowledge search" when I look for an knowledge article and the error message
"No reply from the TREX Server or index missing. See Note 1466273" when I serch for an incident.
RFC destination to TREX is ok.
When I go in WebUi to:SAF Compilation Administration I get an entry with my knowledge base.
This one I already compiled full.
But when I go to "Set up Knowlegde Base" (button above my knowledge base), I don't get any entry.
Do you have any ideas, which step I forgot?
Is there an configuration guide, how to configure TREX for CRM?
