Word wrap issue in Incident Management emails

Hi,

We have this problem in our production Solman 7.1 Incident Management that the text body in the email to Reporter was not wrapping correctly so sometimes words at the end of the line are splitted. I try replicating the issue in the development Solman but the issue is not there.

Do you have any idea what config can fix this?
