Hi Gurus,
I am seeing some inconsistences data in the duration of each by order (CRMD_ORDERADM_H).
The thing is I need a report for BO to calculate the duration of each status of one order.
I was looking for a report in which could show me by order/ers theirs status (and most important, how much time was active, and dates).
I have found the report below
> CRM_ORDER_CHECK_STATUS - Status Analysis for CRM Business Transactions
The thing is not useful for me, because it show me only the orders by status.
Does anybody knows any standard report in which I could use to recover this data.
Any help would be quite useful.
