Hi experts,
we did exchange our solution manager host.
After a challenge I could finish all the setup again and all managed systems are connected.
However, now I have the problem that some metrics are still grey.
Mostly the DialogResponse time metric (RFC Pull).
BUt I can't find the error.
In CCMS the values are available.
Also the MAI_TOOLS test gives me all the values.
In MAI_TOOLS analysis tool I get, that the metrics are grey.
On clicking on the error message I get in to "EFWK-Log-Viewer". But here also the status is green.
So at the moment I have no idea what I should check next.
