Run time error during solman SP update

dear all ,

i am trying to update my solution manager7.1 from SP4 to SP11,which is running under Oracle 11g and Linux redhat 5.6 OS , but unfortunately i face the following issues during IMPORT_PROPER phase .

the IMPORT_PROPER phase interrupted due to some objects flagged as in repair status , which is required to release the relevant repair and repeat the import,

i tried to run the available tools (se03,se01 ,...) to release the objects , but ABAP runtime error raised , kindly check the runtime error in the attachment

the third issue here ,

another runtime error raised whenever i try to continue the Import after the import interruption .
