BPCA: Have you run into these issues with UPL ?

BPCA Experts,

We're on SolMan 7.1(SP11) and setting up BPCA but running into the following issue:

1. The UPL Job that collects information from Production is using too many dialog processes slowing down our Solution Manager production system. We have limited the number of dialog processes the user is able to use (i.e. to 4) in order to keep collecting data without affecting SolMan Prod for end users.
2. The extractor job is also currently failing without giving us an error message

As a result we can't generate Semi-dynamic TBOMs.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
