SOLMAN_SETUP Screen not working after loading

Dear all,

We have installed SOLMAN 7.1 server with Sybase ASE in AIX OS.When we executed SOLMAN_SETUP for the first time the page opened and after that when i select System Preparation the page is not opening.Whatever option selected in the SOLMAN_SETUP home page is not opening.

Kindly provide a way to solve this issue.
