Prompt for Customizing Request while creating company code

Dear Experts

I m perusing SAP - FI online learning course and I have following query

I m going to create company code using path SPRO > SAP Reference IMG > Enterprise Structure > Definition > Financial Accounting > Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code

There comes one window viz Prompt for Customizing Request. I m unable to solve and fill in the required information and go further to create the company code.

Please help me in solving this issue and tell me what it is "Prompt for Customizing Request" and how it is answered.
