Hello,
we sent an email to reporter in the background when the user status is changed by the processor. Sometimes action profile ZMIN_STD_MAIL is done additional when the processor changes user status, see figures.

What is the system status and what is the different between them? How we can deactivate of sending additional mails?
Can anybody help us?
