Create support message language error

Hi everyone,

I am trying to raise a support message from my SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6 satellite system. This system is added as managed system in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 sps12. When I log into satellite system with logon language english I can raise a support message with no problem. But when I log in Serbian language, when I try to raise a support message, a get the following error when clicking the send button:

Loggon in Solution Manger is only possible with English language.

What is the cause of this error message?

Should I also install Serbian language in Solution Manager?
