Hello SolMan experts,
when using ChaRM in SAP Solution Manager, it is possible to configure specific fields in the Web UI as obligatory. For example business partners or priority.
We observe that some users do not enter any description in a request for change or change document so that the CAB and Quality Management is not really able to review those records due to missing descriptions.
My question is: Is it possible to configure Solman in a way to enforce a user to type content for specific text types in the text assignment block. For example 'reason for change', 'effect on system(s)' etc.
We are using SolMan 7.1 SPS 11
