Hi Experts,
We are in the process of building a BPO dashboard in Solution Manager for a critical business scenario. As per the requirement the dashboard should show data in near real-time basis. To meet this requirement, we setup monitoring objects to run every 5 min. We also changed the extractor run frequency to 5 min from 15 min in E2E_ACTIVE_WLI table.
Despite the above changes, we notice that there is a delay of 1 hour in data being available in 0SM_BPA cube and in BPO dashboard. We would appreciate any help from you to identify cause of the delay in data availability in cube and dashboard.
