In our current scenario for most of the RFC and further change documents, the REQUESTER itself would be the TESTER of the development
passed on to Quality system. But when the Change document status is set to "Pass Change to UAT", the status is getting to "To be Tested" but
there is no email triggered to the Tester, who is indeed the Requester in our scenario.
We have referred to Note 895546 regarding this issue, and have deactivated the BADI Implementation for CRM_ACTION_BADI. The issue above
seems to be resolved and email is getting triggered to the Tester. But we have observed some side effects after the BADI Implementation is
deactivated. For example, we are unable see the "Reset to In Development" in the actions when the status of the document is "To be Tested". And
there are multiple emails getting triggered for a single event. This was all fine once we activated the BAdi Implementation back.
Overall, we need to have a solution for using a single user in mutliple partner functions for the same RFC or Change Document.
Any direction towards a possible solution would be of great help.
