I have two custom transaction types in one of our client's system: Let's say ZABC and ZDEF.
ZABC has been already defined in the system before me. Since our client wants every feature of ZDEF (new custom transaction type) to be same as ZABC, I copied the transaction type ZABC and changed the name as ZDEF.
In CRM_DNO_MONITOR, when I double click on the transactions with old transaction type (ZABC) the system navigates to Web UI. But when I double click on the transactions with new custom type (ZDEF), the system navigates to SAP GUI instead of Web UI.
I wonder what kind of maintenance I'm missing. I looked up everywhere I could on the internet for a few hours but I couldn't figure it out.
Any ideas?
