Hi
I am unable to Launch Introscope EM or Workstation Webstart.
Version 9.1.5 + Management Modules Installed.
Status:
S:\usr\sap\ccms\apmintroscope\bin>EMCtrl64.bat status
wrapper | The Introscope Enterprise Manager Service is installed.
wrapper | Start Type: Automatic
wrapper | Interactive: No
wrapper | Running: Yes

When i try to execute Workstation From Start Menu or with Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_40\bin\javaws.exe" http://localhost:8081/workstation
Security Warning pops up, i then select accpt and click Run. Window goes away and nothing happens. I have restarted the server, services and tried stopping and starting Wily.

I also followed the instructions outlined in below wiki:

As you can see there is no security Settings for medium. Added URL to list and problem still persist.
