I am curently using a smartform to be send to a user, The sender is the user who kick off the action.
Therefore if I save an incident in SOST, I will be the sender. This all work 100% where the mail go out from me as sender.
The whole action is explained in detail in the following document below and I understand why I am the sender.

I want the sender to be from a specific email account and not from the user.
From above link, I understand I must use note 788626 to accomplish that. So I added the field as suggested
I also added the code as per note 788626
NOTE 788626, then mention this line and I have no idea what to do with this part.
4. When you call the Smart Form function module that has been generated, use the new structure LS_MAIL_SENDER.
Any ideas ?
