Hi,
When I execute following command on my solution manager i get following:

It shows msg_server and igswd_mt stopped. Server is working fine and we can connect too however when I started the upgrade to solman 7.1 it stopped at once place and asked me to check these two services.
Can someone suggest what needs to be done here? Is there any profile parameter that needs to be fixed.
