Hello SAP Solution Manager Experts,
I have two transaction types namely ZMIN and ZMIV defined and configured in my system.
ZMIN is for a Non-VAR client
ZMIV is for a VAR client.
I have configured two service profiles in SAP Solution Manager. My requirement is to be able to ONLY view the service profile "Schéma de disponibilité ZMIN (10hr-19hr) " when i am editing a ZMIN message/ticket.
Can you please guide me how to achieve this requirement?
