We are trying to record some SAP transaction codes in SAP SRM system. Initially I was not able to connect to the SRM system but then got that fixed after consulting the basis team as some authorization was missing before. But right now even after the connection is set successfully, I am not able to record any T-codes using PFA there. Whenever I am trying to record any t-code, by default SAP Easy Access screen is opening and then I am getting the information "Recording process could not be performed,so the PFA will not be created" and then the screen stays at Easy Access Screen.
I can record the same T-code in other ECC systems. Can somebody explain whether I missed anything while trying to establish the authorizations in SRM system? For the error screenshots, please refer the attachment.
