MOPZ and Solman Upgrade

Hi,

I'm trying to generate the XML file to upgrade our Solman 7.01 to 7.1 but unfortunately I'm getting this error:

If i check on the system status, Solman is still in 7.01:

Could be possible that someone tried to upgrade this system before but it wasn't finished and that's why system is showing this error? If this is the case, is there a way to reset it?
