ChaRM RFC - Missing Change Object ID

Hi All,

I have configured ZMCR and it has been successfully approved as shown.

In the Request for Change Scope assignment block, I am not able to see any Change Object ID being created for the RFC document.

Have read through Michael Vollmer's blog on similar reported issue by other members, but not getting anywhere with it.

Can anyone please share what can be the issue?
