I´m contacting you regarding the below inquiry;
I´ve been working on the implementation of the incident viewer through Solman_workcenter Transaction.
While doing this, I found and issue regarding the ticket count under “My team´s transactions” column.
When it comes to ZFLN tickets no issue was found but when adding another kind of operator under that column, the counter fails to count the new operations that have been created
Could you please guide me through the customizing process section where I could go through since the tool is not registering the status on the new incidents
