Not getting pop up to assign user as Processor when click on edit in incident solution manager

Dear Experts,

When i edit any incident in solman, I would like to get a pop up  which is asking for assigning current user as  processor.

so I have done below entries in AGS_WORK_CUSTOM table.

AIC_ASSIGN_PROCESSOR --> AUTO_POPUP_NO2EDIT

AI_CRM_POPUP_PROC --> X

I checked the authorization also, everything is fine.

but still i didnt get any pop up window.

Could you please suggest ?
