Solution Manager information

Hello All,

I am new to Solution Manager, I would like to get where I can start to start learning and be proficient in the Solution Manager area, like which practical approach I should follow, theory. Currently I am working in SAP BASIS profile with very little scope of solution Manager.

Your advice and suggestions are most helpful for me.
