Dear,
I'm trying to configure my solution manager 7.1 and I am at 3rd phase in System Preparation step.
I have already followed the instruction showing the process above in the screen
I can't neither download note by click Start Download button (No reaction) nor download in SAP Client with t-code, SNOTE.
Please see picture below and help me to solve this issue.
