Issue in IRT status in Incident Management

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue in Incident Management.

 

When I am changing the status from 'New' to 'In process', IRT becomes Red & Percentage changes to 198%.

 

My first response is earlier that permissible time, then why system changing the IRT red & percentage more than 100%.
