I have tired copying the ZMCR which is completly customized according to the requirment. Now i want to have one more Request for change with the Same configuration (small changes ) i have tried copying it from AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE but while executing it, it is giving DUMP.
Kindly let me know if anyone have any idea about how to copy.

I'm getting below error when selecting the system throguh solution manager how to solve this?
When in 'To be Tested' state, 'Confirm Successful Testing', it prompts the following warning message, and status remains in 'To be Tested state.
1) Status was reset by system
2) No import into test system has taken place
3) Transport request is not flagged for import into production
Please suggest the Correct note or Steps to solve this errors
Hi ITSM experts,
I have a requirement from my client to be able to overwrite an Incident creation date in SM_CRM with a date when the same ticket was originally created in a 3rd party incident system.
I know there can be an integration created between the two Incident management systems, but it is not in the scope currently.
They just want for now to have two systems, but also the requirement is to activate SLA calculation - and this creation date does become a problem when coupled with SLA calculation, as SAP ticket actually can be created hours later that the original ticket was reported in 3rd party system.
So I am looking for a solution like:
1) how to make field "Create" editable in ZMIN
OR
2) how to make SLA calculation be based on a custom field "Ticket Creation date" (which I can add to the ZMIN screen)
Appreciate any helpful suggestion.
The system is SOLMAN 7.1 SP10

Dear SAP Expert,
I have problem when setup technical monitoring SAP system through t-code SOLMAN_SETUP in Solman.
Managed system configuration (satellite system) was configured with green indicator for all steps.
Technical monitoring (system monitoring) steps were configured also with green indicator for all steps.
After configure technical monitoring, i found the status of monitoring status for that satellite system still gray (not performed).
And after 2 day the status is not changed yet to another indicator.
There is no problem with network firewall and server firewall.
Is there anyone of you have experience to solve this problem?
Please help me to solve this problem.

Hello All,
I have started Solution Manager upgrade from 7.01 to 7.1. Started SUM and it is stuck in Extraction phase at step PREP_EXTRACT/BEGIN_PRE.
Our database is SAP MaxDB.
Below is the error message.
Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_EXTRACT/BEGIN_PRE!
Last error code set: put_call_exe call (xuser) failed with return code '-1'<br/>
Attached also screen shot for the same.
I have followed SAP Note 39439 and maintained xuser entries as suggested. But still I face this issue.
Anyone has idea on this. Please help.

Hi All,
I have successfully configured system monitoring for my one of managed system.But in workcenter, when I checked data then few metrices are grey.One out of them is "ABAP system logs" in technical system.
When I started troubleshooting then followings are my findings-
1)I checked data collection, then i got following warning and error
2)In EFWK DPC PULL CORE extractor is running with warning status.In logs it showing following message-
"Status: Data Provider E2E_BIMETRIC_READ : Infoprovider unknown"
Please help me sort out this issue ASAP.All suggestions are most welcome.

In Maintenance Optimizer, step 2, I got the following errors:

In LMDB, I should mark Support user Frontend GUIs etc as relevant?
But I do not see where I could do that.

I have an issue with the connectivity between Diagnostic agent installed on Satellite system and Solman 7.1.
I have installed diagnnostics agent prior to the installation of SAP System and it was successful, but I was dont have the password of SMD AGT password of solman server so I have to manually push the credentials from Solman system , but when I check under the agent framework for my ABAP system in solman_workcenter the respective agent is offline and unable to restart it and also my Diagnostic agent instance does not appear under the Non authenticated agents for me to push the credentials.
Please guide, std_smdagent.out shows the following error, unable to understand what the issue is here can someone help me resolve it..

Hi All,
I have a query related to TR created from Solman in Satellite system (Say ECC). Once the TR is created from CD, the data is updated into the "trordhc" table where the CD and list of CTS associated is displayed. Now that i dont need workbench TR, i deleted manually in ECC system, but the table in PRD Solman (trordhc) still displayes the WB TR.
Ideally this shouldnt get reflect the deleted TR, but something seems to be missing here. Is there any way (batch job or anything else....) whcih can help me with no displaying the deleted TR in the above table.

Currently we have cts+ already configured for our portal systems in our landscape through solution manager 7.0.
Recently we had setup a new solution manager 7.1 and need to perform cts+ configuration using this new solution manager 7.1 as we are planning to remove our old solution manager 7.0 very soon.
We are using NWDI system for transporting our portal transports.
Please help me with steps on how to configure cts+ using solution manager 7.1 using NWDI.

Currently i am working on Solman 7.1 with SP07 for Incident management system.
My incident management system working fine without SLA.
Due to client requirement i created and assigned the Service & Response profile at Account level, after assigning these profile now i am not able to create a message, it is showing the error message ' Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System'.
Please any one help me to troubleshoot this issue.

I'm doing an evaluation on the SAP Business Process Blueprinting Tool for Solution Manager and I wanted to know if anyone knows how to perform occurrence & definition copies of the models and constructs in the tool? I'm not even sure if the tool has that functionality so would be great to know.

we are creating SMDT test case incidents from SM_CRM. the test packages are created from STWB_2. if the test case failed , then we need to create the incidents relating the test case.
when we create incidents using the transaction type SMDT , we are not able to link the test case from " Related Test case " block .
we are getting the below error
the procedure followed
1. create the test plan by including the business process.
2. Created test packages and assigned it to the developer
3. developer made the test to " test failed "
Please help with solutions.

In current ITSM BW Reporting (SolMan 7.1 SP11) incidents and other transaction types can be filtered by multilevel category GUID. So, we can not use any masks as if it was category text or ID.
Is there way to use masks in multilevel category filters?

Hi community,
right now I am facing an issue with the standard monitoring, which is provided by SAP (SAP BASIS 701) for MaxDB (7.7). Im am using the following MTE:
TCode "RZ20" --> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates --> Database --> MaxDB --> Properties --> State --> Current State
I have changed nothing and I am using this MTE as it is. From time to time the Node tells me "Could not determine the current status" and changes status to "Yellow" although the DB is online. As well if I "activate maintenance function" within this transaction and start the analysis method for the MTE "Current state" manualy, it shows me, that the DB is doing fine. The node's state nevertheless remains yellow with "Could not determine current status".
After some time and for no obvious reason the Node's state switches back to green again.
Has anybody come across this issue or has an idea where to start further investigation?

I have performed all the prerequisite step for Create follow up referring to Note # 1823267 from ZMIN to ZMHF but when i try to create follow up from the incident of type ZMIN the pop up does not show the option of ZMHF .
Can anyone help on this?
