SOLMAN_ADMIN User is getting Locked very frequently, I guess for every one hour, I have checked all the RFC Connections in my Solman System,
No where we are using the user SOLMAN_ADMIN, Any Pointers to resolve this issue.

, but In my step , configure automatically , - on the step Database Extractor Setup , I get a fail.
Database infrastructure and extractors set up for DEVLAB/DATABASE is green , but
DBA Cockpit Self-Monitoring: 6 errors, 0 warnings, successful.
have checked the notes in the dba cockpit, but our basis guy says it's not relevant , and we have version 71 of the master note implemented

I'm planing the configuration for Automatic Support Team Determination. Our idea is to configure it using the Multi-Level Categorization.
According to the document posted in http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31396, this kind of configuration is possible (2. Support Team Determination via BRFplus).
When creating the Decision Table, we choose Insert Column -> from context Data Objects. The query results don't show the option of using multi-level categorization, despite mentioned in the documentation.
Is it possible tyo use the Multi-Level Categorization for automatic team determination?

We recently did twin cube migration for BPA, and we found that master data in not getting loaded along with transactional data in cube 0SM_BPAD1.
(for Example text master data for Key Figure 0SM_KF is missing )
Earlier(before migration) we had cube 0SM_BPMRH for BPA, and master data use to come from 0SM_DSWPBI_BPM data source. (For example text of Infoobjec 0SM_ALTYP)
My question is - Do we need to create a new BW transformation to load master data text from 0SM_DSWPBI_BPM to 0SM_KF or we are missing some confurigation, which will automatically load master data to Key Figure 0SM_KF ?

I configured SolMan for EWA reports but I noticed that icon (bottles) are always there and I have to do a manual step to generate report.
I think there is something wrong with the Job.
On the other hand I want to receive EWA via email notwithstanding I also configured this option.
Any clue?
We are currently using a Table content monitor in CCMS to raise alerts for an ABAP monitoring program we have written. The program inserts records in a custom ABAP table and when a row is inserted with a certain value we raise an alert through CCMS.
The data collection method is using the "Red" function module SCSM_GEN_TAB_DS_R
The alerts are generating fine but the alert text is displaying <CCMS: no default text available>. We have configure a message class and number but it is not displaying this in alert. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

We have restricted our user action in ChaRM CD with the help of the authorization object B_USERSTAT in user roles.
There is a requirement that the user 'A' can't do action 'Set to In Development' but he will be able to
do action "Reset status to In Development'.
Both the actions are directing to a single status "In Development"(E0002 and YMHF_01).
If I remove authorization key YMHF_01 from the role, user is unable to do both 'Set to In Development'
and "Reset status to In Development'. This is not desirable. Can you suggest how we can restrict action
"Set to In Development" only? Please suggest if users can be restricted for doing CD action in some different way.

I met 2 issues after I installed solution manager 7.1
1 there is no solman_admin in place, do I need to create this user manually?
2 When I was trying to use solman_setup, the website will popup correctly, and ask me to login, but I cann't. If I key in the right username and password, the page just like refresh and stay on logon page.... nothing happended...

Hi Experts,
We have created one Project which had Virtual Production System.
Few RFC's were created with the help of these Project and they were taken till PPD system without any error. But as it had a Virtual Production system in the Project we moved the changes to PRD system manually.
And now we want to change the status of CD's to "Imported into production", but as the entry of Transport is not maintained/updated in track table the status change is not possible.
We also tried doing it forcefully by using the Program "CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT", But it was not helpful.
Can anyone please let us know how we can achieve the status change for these CD's which were imported manually.

In BPO, when I try to create or edit monitoring objects It is showing error " incomplete load monitor definitions" and I am not getting text for the monitoring objects it is showing only "technical name: No text" . I did the load monitoring definitions, I checked the BW data at logical component level and I updated the key figure repository as well. But still the issue is not solved. Please advise.

When i get into STWB_2, i do not see the newly added Business Scenario in the Test Plan.
I tried to generate the test plan again. Still doesn't work.

I set it up as startup method and after reset segment in "WARMUP" Status; In RZ20 Technical Experts Modus -> CCMS Selfmonitoring -> DataSupplier
the following message appear:
Internal error in method: /WEB/TABLE_CONT_AU01, Error: SELECT, SY-SUBRC = 0
Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
If I am adding into WHERECLAUSE1 the following: EV > 1 (and modify the databasetable EV Integerfield) the method starts without any problems. So I think there is really a problem with the WHERECLAUSE, but I don't know why. All field in the database should be charfields.
I hope anyone can help me to solve this problem.
