Add custom field to search help Change Documents

Hello friends.

 

I need add custom field to search help Change Request Mgnt - Change Documents.

 

I enhance Component = AIC_CMCD_S, View = SearchQueryView, Node = SEARCH.

Base Entry = BTQAICSearch.

 

I did all of need (add to structure, move to right on Configuration Tab, etc). Field do view on SM_CRM web view.

 

I z-implemented badi CRM_BADI_RF_Q1O_SEARCH, but filter value = BTQAICSearch has implementation ES_AI_CRM_IM_SEARCH, and I cannot create new implementation (z-) with this filter value.

 

 

What to do now ?

Hi guys , I have a doubt about of the recorder with CBTA scripts. I m recording a script with CBTA and the script stopped suddenly. My doubt is , have some ways for continue the recorder of the script on the point that it stopped ?

Actual Usage of RBPD

Hi Experts

 

I am new to solution manager. We want to perform RBPD for one of the project for which we don't have much business process documents. the purpose is to know the business processes by configuring RBPD.

 

Am I right in saying that RBPD configuration helps really in getting business processes along with the customization done.

If yes, the what is the purpose of uploading the SAP RBPD content from marketplace to solution manager. Cant we not get the processes by configuring RBPD?

 

Is there any step by step guide for RBPD configuration on solution manger. I tried to search but could not get the free ones.

Hi experts,

 

 

I wanted to know where the RBPD real use will come into picture.

 

Whatever I understood from various posts is that its a automated tool to generated the solution documentation analysis.

 

We got a project for which we need to provide support only after implementation by other team.

 

Can we get using RBPD, the various customization configuration done for various modules including BW as well?


Does it generate the business blueprint kind of document from it?


I am not a solution manager person but wanted to check if RBPD can be helpful to understand the functional configuration and technical objects created in ECC.

SAP Router error 1067

Hi there,

 

   In order to install SAP SOLMAN I´m trying to configure my SAP Router, so everything goes fine until the very las step; when I start the saprouter service ( My Computer --> Manage -

>Services and Applications>Services>saprouter) it gives me the next error message:   " Could not start the saprouter service on Local Computer.  Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly "

   I've uninstalled the service and then reinstalled and always the same error even with administrator user.

   I am installing on Windows 2003 Server 2003 R2 Standard edition, SP2.

 

Any Ideas?

ChaRM productive system import validation

Dear experts:

 

We are implementing SAP Solution Manager ChARM for ECC and BI and we have almost the whole solution implemented, however we have a scenario on that we need your advice. The scenario in detail is described below:

 

1. We have an OT with the A, B and C objects belonging to a normal change with transport request TN01, and the transport request linked to those change was successfully imported to quality system.


2. An urgent change is created and objects A, D are related to this change, with transport request TU02. The changes are successfully imported to quality system, and certification team did not report any issues on testing process.

 

3. The transport of the urgent change transport request is authorized to be imported on productive system

 

Is there any way to alert about the object that is in both change documents before the transport request is imported to production system?

 

What is the best practices recommendation about the above scenario?

Different digit aomunt for CBTA %random% token?

Hey there,

I'm automating a test case with CBTA and I need to randomize a value, wich is 5 characters long only, and the %random% token will make a 6 digit number.

 

How do I customize it to bring only the 5 digits number I need?

 

Is it possible?

 

As you can see in the image attached, we were able to figure out a way to customize dates to the SAP format (the default date token, %today%, brings up your PC's date format), but we can't seem to be able to figure out the %random% token.

Solman 7.1: Download EarlyWatch Alert to Filesystem

Hello,

 

we would like to share the weekly EarlyWatch Reports with other divisions. And we don't want to send the EWA's to each user as a mail attachment. Users should have a look into a defined shared directory, where they can find the EWA's.

 

So, how can we automate the download in a directory of the server, for example /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/work? This can be a txt, doc or html file.

Via SOLMAN_WORKCENTER - System Monitoring - Reports each Report can be shown and can be send as email. Which reports do this, which reports are involved?

template consolisation after SDA analysis

Hello SolMan Gurus,


in order to complete our process documentation, we ran the SDA Analysis with RBPD Content using UPL data. Now we have the result( the projekt we created) but we still have following Problems:


how to easily consolidate the template we already have with the new projekt from the SDA Analysis? ( the structure is quite the same but some process name have been customized).


how to integrate the custom objects in the new projekt or in the template?

 

how is your experience with this Tools.

Auto fill sold-to-party in ITSM

Hi all, in the ITSM when i create Incident, i want to auto fill sold-to party field, after i choose the author of Incident. Fiiling of the sold-to-party field is based on rellationship between sold-to-party and the author of the incident(for example sold-to-party ->has contact person), how can i do so?

BP Analytics No data available

Hi All,

 

 

I am facing problem while displaying the data in BP Analytics.

 

I have configured the BPM analyitcal monitoring as per the setup guide.

 

But when i select the data it says no data available.

 

I have goen through the threads related to this but it is not useful.

 

in BW itself data is not available.

 

 

kindly let me know the backgournd of how it works.

Default Sold-To Party (Partner Determination) on ZMCR

Hello,

I'm having a challenge that I shouldn't be this difficult and was easy to set up in 7.0.      We are now on 7.1 SP11.

 

I need to default the Sold-To Party on ZMCR, but it is not defaulting. It should default based on the ibase.

 

Here are my details:

1) There is no preceding document. ZMCR is the start of the ChaRM flow.

 

2) IB52 is setup....

3) The partner 151 in IB52 points to top of PPOMA_CRM...

and BP 151 is setup as a Sold-To Party in tcode BP...

4) Partner determination is currently using access sequence 0018.

But I have also tried access sequences AIC2 and AIC3.  None of them work.

5) I found OSS note 1165357 . It says ...  "

 

  • Execute the IMG Activity "Activate Partner and Address Inheritance, Change
    in the Past".
  • For IBase Category 01: set the flag in the column PInherit. and ensure that
    the flag is also set in the column IB Past. "

 

But in 7.1 SP11, the IMG task title does not include "Change in the Past".

But, looking at the task, it is missing one of the fields in the note. It is missing column "IB Past".

I set column PInherit per the note, but have not made any change for IB Past.  I'm not sure if this part of the issue or not.

I have a feeling it is just the access sequence, but none are working so far.

Any ideas?

SAP CCMS Montior for Optional Components

Hi there,

 

we're provider of a SAP certified interface to an open source ECM system. Interface works with Archivelink protocol (HTTP Content Server 4.6). The issue we're facing occurs on each customer SAP system and it seems to be related to the CCMS Monitor (or at least can be traced there).

If you navigate to the monitor with t-code SCMSMO and select "Knowledge Provider" -> "Content Server" then choose the connected remote server (where Archivlink send its requests and where our interface on the other end is installed and picks up the requests from SAP) and select a content repository. In category "Requests" (which is always marked as red) you can see "HTTP error" as message. If you double click on it now, it looks like that every 5 minutes a document will be requested with a docId that does not exists - neither in the remote system nor in SAP. The message id in the details is always "CMS 025" (not sure if this is important?). Related to our interface it means: We get every 5 minutes a request and search for a document that does not exist. Because this could also be a real scenario as well, we throw an error in this case. At the end the logfile is flooded with this error messages...

 

Does anyone knows about this behavior?

Why does it occur? Why SAP try to send every 5 minutes a request to the connected content repository and requests an document that does not exist?

How we can disable it? Is it possible at all?
