Hi Experts,
I'm configuring CharRM in solution Manager 7.1 SP 10. When I create the Request for Change, I get the below error " No IBase Component has been assigned to the document"

When I click on Details, It shows the below message.
Diagnosis
An IBase component has not been assigned to the document.
System Response
The document is incorrect.
Procedure
Assign an IBase component to the document.
Procedure for System Administration
In the case of a change request, the document is automatically assigned the IBase component of the SAP Solution Manager system (PPF action <XX>CR_ASSIGN_SOLMAN_IBASE). The user requires particular authorizations in order to read whether an IBase component exists for the SAP Solution Manager.
Please help me to fix this issue !!
