Hi,
We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SPS 11 and have configured ChaRM.
While testing we noticed that once the "Request for change" is approved by Change manager, document ID for corresponding "Normal change" is not created. As a result, the change manager is unable to release the change for development.

Only available action is "Reset to Validation"
