We are building ChaRM to support two landscapes. We will be starting with two document types. Request for Change (SMCR) and Urgent Change (SMHF).
We can restrict authorizations in SMCR by landscape utilizing using the Enhanced Approval Procedure. The change manager assigns a CAB/Approver based on the landscape.
For the Urgent change, I'm guessing that the AuthKey field listed in table TJ30 can be used to determine who processes the different steps. My question is:
Is there a way to restrict the authorization based on Project, Solution or a Custom field that we can copy from SMCR to SMHF. This will be in addition to the AuthKey from table TJ30. With this, I will be able to effectively restrict access to each step in each landscape.
Not sure if there is an easier way to accomplish this.
