Error in SUM tool while upgrading Solution manager

Hi Experts,

While doing SP level upgrading using SUM tool in Solaman, we are facing issue like below,

ERROR: Your source system is secured by the SAPCryptolib.

We have downloaded and copy SAPCryptolib in \\npc4\SAPMNT\SID\DVEBMGS00\exe and we have restarted the process, but still facing same issue, please guide us to solve the issue.
