I am testing ITSM in SAP Solution Manager SPS12. I have done the basic setup of ITSM. What I am not sure about is users in ITSM. During ITSM configuration in solman_setup I created template users:
IM_PROC_SID
IM_ADM_SID
IM_CREAT_SID
IM_DIS_SID
IM_DSPT_SID
As far as I understand, IM_CREAT_SID is template user used for the Reporter / End user. When I log on to the Solution Manger with this template user, I am able to access workcenter, but I am not able to acces CRM WEBCLIENT UI. Is this template user suppose to have access to CRM WEBCLIENT UI ?
