Text Template need auto populate in Description of Change in ZMCR

Hello SMEs,

I have created a system text template for Description of Change according to client requirement for RFC (ZMCR)

Requirement is that, during Request for Change creation, in Text assignment block, system text template should auto populate in Text area under  text type "Description of Change" .

As of now I have to manually insert text template from "System Text Template" option.

I have tried to find a way to do with standard configuration but not possible.

Kindly let me know if there way we can achieve this requirement.
